Property taxation has become an increasing concern for both individuals and businesses in recent years.  FRA provides services that ensure that taxing authorities and property tax offices maintain accurate and fair assessments. Our property tax appraisal services include supporting an appropriate assessment value by providing the following services:

• Preparing thorough equal and uniform comparison analysis to support a fair assessment value 
• Analysis of Value using all three approaches to value (Cost, Sales Comparison, Income)  
• Representing the Property Owner in Hearings and or Conferences with Appraisal Boards 
• Providing Litigation Support to Attorneys in the event of a more formal protest
