Farrell Realty Advisors (FRA) is an independent full service real estate valuation, appraisal and advisory firm with offices in Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio/Austin, Texas.  The company was founded in 2007 by Greg A. Farrell, MAI, SRA, MRICS.  The firm's primary focus is providing valuation and consultation services for both commercial and residential real estate throughout Texas and the United States to a variety of clients including individuals, attorneys,  banks and financial institutions, governmental agencies, investors, developers.

In today's complex and turbulent real estate markets, we understand our pivotal role in business and the development of communities.  FRA offers extensive experience with a broad spectrum of property types. Although Texas based, we travel frequently, as we have extensive experience with HUD financing.
