Health Valuation Partners has intentionally remained small in order to maintain a high quality of work product and work more closely with clients. Unlike many national firms that utilize unlicensed, financial analysts, and/or inexperienced appraisers to simply inspect properties and "rubber stamp" reports, HVP only utilizes experienced MAI appraisers.

By not expanding into a large office, ONLY a Designated MAI appraiser with at least ten years of healthcare experience will be involved in all aspects of assignments, including site visits and inspections, research, financial analysis, client consultations, value conclusions and preparation of reports.
